I really wanted one of these candles and made sure to order in advance of Mardi Gras. Here in the 'other' LA, I am enjoying the scent of the king cakes I miss. Love visiting the shop when I'm in the Crescent City.

Apparently I can only give a 5 Star review.
I have not yet burned either candle, I simply open the top and breathe in the scent. Too often, "scented" items either have no scent or smell like chemical impersonations of a scent. These candles immediately invoke the happy feelings of King Cake Season and will help me get through until January 6th. For clarification, I do not normally buy scented items and my home is not somewhere anyone would expect to find a scented candle but I proudly have this candle on my mantle next to my framed King Cake Consumption graph.
