We’re happy to have you as a new whole-seller of our unique products made here in New Orleans. Together we can help to expand our reach to a much larger audience.

Submitting New Orders
Customer must submit written or digital purchase orders by either the 1st or 15th of each month, setting forth quantity of each item desired, and specifying sizes for a total of at least 30 units per design desired (Women’s and Men’s sizes combined). Purchase orders will be processed for l on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Purchase orders received after the bimonthly deadlines shall be pushed to the next processing date. Purchase orders needing rush fulfillment/delivery shall be filled at Dirty Coast’s discretion and subject to express shipping charges (to be paid by Retailer). All orders are processed subject to availability.

Opening Orders and Re-Order Fulfillment
New clients may choose to start out with an initial opening order of 30 units total (a sampling of shirts to see which designs work best for them) - fulfillment of initial order is based upon in-stock availability. After the initial order, Dirty Coast will invoice and fulfill all recurring orders that meet a minimum requirement of least 30 units per design desired (Women’s and Men’s sizes combined). Fulfillment and delivery are subject to availability. Please allow 15 business days for delivery after the order has been processed.

Payment
Retailer will be invoiced for Merchandise orders and payment is due within seven (7) days of invoice date. Payment by check is preferable, but credit card payment can also be accepted (everything except Discover cards). Dirty Coast may withhold fulfillment of Retailer’s additional purchase orders until past due payments, including any finance charges, are received in full.

Returns
Within ten (10) days of Retailer’s receipt of Merchandise, Retailer may return Merchandise that does not conform to Dirty Coast’s product specifications or Merchandise damaged or shipped incorrectly if notice of condition is given within time limit to notify of error or damage. This applies only to shirts purchased directly from Dirty Coast with an original sales receipt. Retailer shall bear the cost of shipping, handling and insurance for returned Merchandise.

Shipping
Retailers located outside of New Orleans, Louisiana agree to pay additional shipping and handling costs, which will be reflected in each invoice. The Retailer may also choose to make arrangements to pick up the order. All Retailers located in New Orleans have the option to pick up their inventory in person from the Dirty Coast
