Preservation Hall

Preservation Hall continues to thrive as a cultural landmark, offering nightly jazz concerts that showcase the enduring legacy of New Orleans jazz and ensuring that this unique musical tradition remains alive and well for generations to come. We have had the chance to work with the band and the hall through our other company Bayou Brands to develop products for them. It has been an honor.

The Beginning

Preservation Hall, located in the heart of New Orleans' French Quarter, is a historic jazz venue that has played a significant role in the preservation and promotion of traditional New Orleans jazz. Established in 1961 by Allan and Sandra Jaffe, Preservation Hall quickly became a haven for local jazz musicians and a showcase for the city's rich musical heritage.

The venue's intimate, no-frills setting has remained virtually unchanged over the years, providing a timeless backdrop for jazz performances. Preservation Hall is renowned for its commitment to preserving the authentic, improvisational style of New Orleans jazz, known for its infectious rhythms and vibrant melodies.

Throughout its history, Preservation Hall has welcomed countless jazz legends and rising stars, including Louis Armstrong, Jelly Roll Morton, and many others. The venue's dedication to keeping the jazz tradition alive has earned it a special place in the hearts of music lovers worldwide, making it a must-visit destination for anyone seeking an authentic jazz experience in the heart of the Big Easy.

Giving Back

Preservation Hall continues to thrive as a cultural landmark, offering nightly jazz concerts that showcase the enduring legacy of New Orleans jazz and ensuring that this unique musical tradition remains alive and well for generations to come.

In addition to its role as a celebrated jazz venue, Preservation Hall has a strong commitment to giving back to the community and supporting the local culture.
