A New Orleans commandment, born on the parade route and whispered across generations: the knife stays in the box. Inspired by the city’s most sacred season, this Dirty Coast original pays tribute to the unsung rituals of Mardi Gras—the king cake rules, the ladders, the ladders-on-ladders, the beads, and the chaos. It’s a wink to locals who know that no matter how wild the party gets, some traditions are non-negotiable. Printed on soft cotton and meant for year-round wear, this design celebrates the sweet, sticky, powdered-sugar madness that makes Carnival ours.
