For reference: I am 5'7 , 155lbs female slight hourglass shape-- and I bought a unisex medium and its a lovelyyyy fit (although if you like extra material around your armpit/chest area, size up). The shirt is incredibly comfortable and has maintained it's print & shape throughout washes.
